Rochester, NYS = Eastman School of Music  

Gibbs Street with its famous Eastman School of Music (on the left) and the Sibley Music Library (on the right) was my home for three years, between 1996 and 1999.  My third year I worked in the cataloging and conservation departments in the music library.  I was very fortunate to hear many spectacular concerts of Eastman students as well as artists from around the world, playing solos with the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra.  Many names come to mind when thinking of Rochester, many fond memories.
